A custom GenAI workflow/plugin for creating an AI avatar, animating it, and applying lipsync so the generated speech track matches the avatar’s mouth movement. The system combines reusable prompt frameworks, avatar generation, speech audio, and sync.co-based lipsync into a repeatable production pipeline.

Premiere Pro workflow automation
Premiere Pro QC Automation Plugin
A custom Premiere Pro automation tool connected to Google Sheets. It pulled QC review notes by timecode, drew detailed markers directly on the Premiere Pro timeline, and allowed editors to receive revisions and update the status of each individual note in a live workflow.
